    Things to do before you die

    It might not be the best time to talk about things to do before you die in the middle of a pandemic, but this is my topic for today. It is sad to hear of so many COVID-19 deaths across the world.     LIMITATIONS

    I have been thinking about limitations and have asked the question – am I holding myself back? Do I put limitations on myself, what I can do, what I can achieve? As we get older and enter the retirement phase of life, it is time to re-evaluate our purpose and place in the world. By the world I mean, in relationships and community. If I see myself as “getting older” and no longer having as much value, I am limiting myself. This is the first limitation. Defining ourselves by age limits our potential.
